Photographing your wedding day is the greatest honor I have as a Charlottesville wedding photographer. There is no better experience than capturing your emotions and delivering them to you, and your future generations to enjoy. Sydney and Chad had a stunning wedding day at Showalter’s Orchard & Greenhouse for their greenhouse wedding venue Virginia. And I can’t wait to share all the detail to inspire!
Showalter’s Orchard & Greenhouse is located in northern Virginia in the town of Timberville. Originally just sharing their property with friends and family, Showalter’s were reminded of how special their land is. Leading them to share this space with other couples. The greenhouse was redesign and renovated to cater to large wedding parties while providing the best view of Shenandoah Valley.
Sydney and Chad had their wedding ceremony outdoors on top of a hill that looked over the orchards and valley. This large lawn is perfectly manicured to set up natural rental chairs, a wedding arch and any other table of florals you decide on for your Virginia wedding! Sydney and Chad had so many beautiful moments throughout their ceremony. You could feel their family and friends support radiating as they walked down the aisle and said their vows!
After the ceremony it is always a good idea to send your guests to a cocktail hour. This provides your Virginia wedding photographer some time to capture portraits of the wedding party, close family and bridals. At this greenhouse wedding venue Virginia you can skip cocktail hour and have your guests pick their our bang of fresh apples from the orchard! This fun activity was something that made Sydney and Chad’s wedding stand out!
Your wedding day should be a celebration that reflects you! And because our furry friends are such a big part of our lives, we can incorporate them into our wedding day. Some couples will bring their pets to their wedding, but Sydney and Chad opted to include their dog in the wedding decor. They had “Wyatt’s Watering Hole” for a set up for self served drinks. As well as a darling figurine of their pet sitting beside their wedding cake. This small yet unique touch gave so much personality!
